The first Sino-Japanese joint venture
Founded in 1985, Qingling Motors Co., Ltd. is the first Sino-Japanese joint venture for complete vehicles in China's automotive industry and the first Chinese automaker listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1994). As a key backbone enterprise in China's automotive sector, Qingling Motors has maintained profitability for 40 consecutive years, with total assets reaching RMB 15.4 billion, an annual production capacity of 200,000 complete vehicles, and 180,000 engines.
Through deep cooperation with Japan's ISUZU, Qingling Motors adheres to ISUZU's global unified technical standards. It is the only ISUZU overseas production base capable of manufacturing the full range of ISUZU products. Renowned for high reliability, strong load-bearing capacity, and low maintenance costs, some of its models achieve 800,000 kilometers without major overhaul, with a B10 lifespan ranging from 500,000 to 1.6 million kilometers.
